I’ve been without internet access for a couple of days. The sweet guys (and I mean that) who take care of the yard at the place we are renting unknowingly cut the cable that connects us to the internet while trimming the bushes outside. Ooof! I didn’t know how much I depended on my connection to the outside world (and no, CNN just doesn’t take up the slack)! It’s kinda scary when you start realizing just how dependent you are to the internet.
Thankfully the cable guy came out and fixed it. This time he buried the line --- I guess he could see that my sanity depended upon it…
