Back in July I posted a story about a decorated Sergeant and Arabic language specialist named Bleu Copas who was dismissed from the U.S. Army under the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy in spite of the fact that the military has been having trouble meeting recruiting quotas and has a shortage of Arabic language specialists.
My mind just reels with the craziness of this policy. I simply cannot understand how such a policy can remain intact when our military is in such dire need of the skills that Bleu has to offer. Well thankfully, after watching this most insightful interview, I have some answers to some of these questions that haunt me. (And keep in mind this is the so called expert that the fundies use when they need to site bogus studies.)
